When you send a message, we collect your first and last name and email address. You may also provide your position, organization, phone number, organization website, service interests, and message. We retain the submission source, submission date, and message status. When you subscribe to Insights, we collect your full name, email address, signup source, consent and consent date, confirmation status, and subscription preferences. We also process correspondence you send us. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment card details, medical information, passwords, confidential client records, or other sensitive information through the public contact form.

Our hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security information when delivering and protecting the website. Website error reporting can include the affected page and error details. Authorized administrator sign-ins use authentication storage and record account identifiers, email, sign-in time, and browser information. Browser storage supports authentication; interface preferences may use cookies. We do not use advertising pixels or visitor analytics tools on this website. We do not track visitors across unrelated websites for targeted advertising. The website does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Sending a contact message does not subscribe you to Insights. Providing a phone number does not authorize promotional text messages or automated marketing calls.

Authorized Riskaris personnel receive information needed to handle inquiries and subscriptions. Website hosting and operations providers, Supabase database and authentication services, and the email delivery services supporting our Lovable-hosted application process information to provide those services. Contact submissions are stored in our database, and their contents are included in internal notification emails. Email services process recipient addresses, message contents, queue and delivery records, and unsubscribe or suppression information. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets subject to applicable law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The Book a Call option links to Calendly, an external scheduling service. We do not embed Calendly in the contact form. If you follow that link and book an appointment, Calendly collects scheduling and contact information under its own privacy policy, and Riskaris receives appointment information needed to coordinate the call. Other external websites operate under their own privacy policies.

Insights subscriptions require a separate signup and email confirmation. You can unsubscribe through the link in an Insights email or by contacting info@riskarisconsultinggroup.com. We keep subscription and suppression information as needed to respect your choices. Necessary replies to your inquiries and service-related communications are separate from Insights subscriptions.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including handling inquiries, providing services, maintaining relevant business records, complying with legal requirements, resolving disputes, and honoring unsubscribe requests. Retention depends on the nature of the information, our relationship with you, and applicable obligations. Information may remain in backups or service-provider records until their applicable retention periods end. You may contact us to request deletion; legal or operational exceptions may apply.
